You won’t find difficult to understand small print here. Our policies are as follows:
Gifts and When the Student is Not The Payer
Everything is the same except refunds may be issued to the student rather than the payer. There’s no need to involve grandma when returning a present, that’s kind of tasteless.
Before a Class Begins
If for any reason more than seven days before a regular class begins (ie. not a workshop) you wish to withdraw from the class simply contact us and let us know. We can either refund your registration fee, or do our best to register you in a later run of that class. If it is less than 7 days before the class is scheduled to begin we would be happy to transfer your registration to a later run of the class if possible, but we will not be able to provide a refund.
During a Class
If you’re taking a multiple day or evening class and will be unable to attend a portion of the class please contact us and (if possible) we’ll arrange for you to take just the days that you’re going to miss at a later date.
Refunds After a Class is Over
If you registered for, and attended the entire class and are not satisfied please contact us within 7 days after the class is complete and we will provide a full refund of the registration fee. You will be required to mail your course manual back to us before the the refund can be issued.
Workshops and Special Presentations
Because we often have substantial additional costs associated with workshops and special presentations refunds are at the discretion of The CPLC or the terms listed for a particular event.
All Other Refunds
All other refunds are at our discretion, though we’re pretty decent people and want you to be happy, so just contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
We may refuse to provide goods or services to parties which we feel pose an unreasonable risk of abusing our policy.
