You won’t find difficult to understand small print here. Our policies are as follows:

Refunds Before a Photography Class Begins

If for any reason more than seven days before a photography class begins you wish to withdraw from the class simply contact us and let us know. We can either refund your registration fee, or do our best to register you in a later photography class, or different photography class, whichever you prefer. If you must withdraw less than seven days before the class begins refunds will be at the discretion of our administrative staff.

Refunds During a Photography Class

If you’re currently enrolled in a multiple day or evening photography class and will be unable to, or do not wish to attend the rest of the photography class please contact us and at the discretion of our administrative staff we may provide a refund, or we can try to arrange for you to take the rest of the photography class at a future date if possible. You won’t even have to re-take days you’ve already taken if you don’t want to.

Refunds After a Photography Class is Over

If you registered for, and attended an entire photography class and were not satisfied with the class, please contact us within 5 business days after the class is complete and we will provide a full refund of the registration fee.

Workshops and Special Presentations

Because we often have additional costs associated with workshops and special presentations refunds are at the discretion of The CPLC or the terms listed for a particular event.

All Other Refunds

All other refunds are at our discretion, though we’re pretty decent people and want you to be happy, so just contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

We may refuse to provide goods or services to parties which we feel pose an unreasonable risk of abusing or policies.
