Do you know why photography classes make great gifts? Because they keep on giving. Isn’t that just so cheesy? But it’s true! Cameras become outdated, they break, and they get lost, but knowledge lasts.

Today’s amazing DSLR and ILC cameras actually have the same basic controls that all SLR film cameras had 60 years ago! Learning the principles of photography now will improve someone’s photos for the rest of their life no matter what camera they’re using.

You can choose to either order a Gift Certificate for a specific amount OR you can register the recipient in a class that you think will work for them. When you order a Gift Certificate, we’ll contact you to find out where you would like it sent. If you decide to gift a registration, contact us and let us know that it is a gift and let us know where you would like us to send a gift certificate.

Looking for a last minute gift? No problem. You can use our online ordering system 24 hours per day, and receive a code via email that you can write in a card or print out- all the recipient needs is the code to use it.

Gift certificates are fully refundable, transferable (just tell someone else the code), and they never expire.

Which class should you give?

If the person you’re shopping for has a DSLR camera or other camera with interchangeable lenses then we highly recommend “Using Your DSLR Camera“, if they have a point and shoot camera we recommend “Taking Better Pictures – Introductory Photography Class“.

What if I register someone for a class (as a gift) and it doesn’t work for them?

No problem. We’re reasonable people. Give us as much notice as you possibly can and we will move the recipient to another session that works for them.
